He said that time is still with the PPP since around mid-February would bring them close to the 90 day stipulation.Gaskin opined however, that by February 10, the President will have to dissolve or re-open Parliament since the law stipulates that the House cannot be closed for more than six months; prorogued or not. It will be six months from August 10, 2014 to February 10, 2015 since Parliament has been closed.
